Biography

Shin S. Oh, CPA (오신석 공인회계사, also known as Joseph) is a licensed California CPA and the founder of OKLEM CPA GROUP, established in Los Angeles Koreatown in 2011. He is the 44th President of the Korean American CPA Society of Southern California (KACPA). The firm prepares individual and business tax returns (Forms 1040, 1120, 1120S, 1065), keeps monthly books, runs payroll and files Form 941 and California DE 9 / DE 9C, files California sales tax with the CDTFA, sets up QuickBooks, and represents clients before the IRS and FTB. Business clients across the United States work with the firm remotely, in Korean or English.
