OKLEM CPA GROUP is a Korean-speaking CPA firm in Los Angeles Koreatown, founded in 2011 by Shin S. Oh, CPA (오신석 공인회계사), 44th President of the Korean American CPA Society of Southern California (KACPA). We prepare individual and business tax returns (Forms 1040, 1120, 1120S, 1065), keep monthly books, run payroll and file Form 941 and California DE 9 / DE 9C, file California sales tax with the CDTFA, set up QuickBooks, and represent clients before the IRS and FTB.
More than 80% of our business clients are outside California, in Nevada, Colorado, Texas, Florida, the Midwest, and the East Coast, and work with us remotely through a secure client portal, phone, and video. Owners living overseas who run a U.S. business are welcome. Every return and every IRS letter is reviewed by Shin S. Oh personally, in Korean or English.
